Attracting the Cougar

If you've ever dreamed about going out with an older lady but wondered how you might go about trying to approach her and make her notice you, here are some useful tips that you might want to consider using.

1. Dress Smartly – Cougar women take the time to make sure they look stunning, and so should you. You need to pay particular attention to your grooming so that you are on a par with your date. Depending on where you're taking her, smart casuals such as jeans, shirt and blazer or an equally smart suit might do the trick. The thing here is to dress to impress. It goes without saying that you should be clean and make the investment in some nice smelling aftershave; dab don't douse, subtle scent not perfume shop.

2. Mind your manners! A cougar loves to be treated like a lady – oblige her. Show her respect and courtesy by holding open the door and being polite. Chivalry isn't dead my friend, your cougar will find it hard to resist someone who is young, hot and a gentleman to boot.

3. Show your confidence – Cougars tend to be confident and independent and are attracted to men who exhibit the same traits. They've developed their confidence by living life and being a success at what they do. You need to believe that you look good and you will project the same image. If you see a cougar you like and you are out with your friends then just relax and smile and laugh and occasionally steal admiring glances at the cougar woman you like. If you have her eye for a second, she will get the message you're interested.

4. Read her body language – You can tell if your cougar woman is interested in you by her body language. Telltale signs that she is ‘diggin' you are: she is playing with her hair, she makes frequent eye contact, or she is smiling and touching her necklace or chest. If she does any of the above, then mimic her body language – subtly. If she happens to be at the bar for instance and is taking a sip of her drink, do likewise, this will create chemistry between you and increase her attraction to you.





5. Spoil Her – In all likelihood your cougar woman will be in a better financial state than you. You should still offer to take her out to dinner, and buy her flowers, gifts and chocolates. All women feel special when treated like this and you will find that your cougar will be equally appreciative. After dating a couple of times, you may find that she is the one who treats you to more expensive restaurants.

6. Compliment Her – If there is something that you find particularly attractive about your cougar woman, then make sure you look her in the eye and tell her. Make your cougar woman feel beautiful by genuine compliments.

7. Make her laugh – All women tend to like funny men. If you are naturally funny, then your job is half done, just make her laugh. If you don't quite have a funny bone, then make the people you are with laugh. This is sure to make her notice you. Whatever you do, don't take yourself too seriously.

8. Approach Cougars – I know this should go with out saying but if you want to meet a cougar and you are out approaching women make sure the women you are approaching is a cougar..

9. Be Cool! Whether you feel like it or not, you deserve this woman. Just believe you do and it will show through. If you tend to slouch or stoop, practice standing up straight as this makes you look more confident, and as we said before, cougar women love confident men.
